Nominated trainers attend a two or three-day event. This is an advanced Train The Trainer program designed to equip nominated trainers with all the tools, resources and skills to run a tailored training course. It assumes the participants have a basic skill level at facilitating training and yet has the added bonus of incorporating Ian Stephens’ Advanced Presentation Skills program. This takes each participant’s level of mastery in delivering training programs of any kind to a whole new level. They learn skills, techniques and tools that can be applied to any other skills or product training that needs to be delivered within the company.

What’s Included:
DAY ONE
Participants experience the one-day or half-day nominated training program as a participant whilst tracking for the process of delivery. They also start to become a subject matter expert in the content.
DAY TWO
Participants learn a series of process tools from Ian Stephens’ Advanced Presentation Skills program. They dissect the process which underpins the delivery of the training content and learn to take their presenting skills to the next level. Skills learned on this day can be transferred to any other program they deliver within the organization. During the afternoon of day two, participants are assigned a section of the nominated training program which they will actually have to present on day three. They are given time to prepare overnight.
DAY THREE
Participants present their segments in the natural flow of the program. The reason for this is two-fold. Participants get to experience the program yet again. As well, Ian Stephens provides coaching feedback to the individual and the whole team, on both strengths and development opportunities as a trainer.
